Pilates is a method of exercise designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. This is a no-impact exercise that will strengthen your core and increase your strength and flexibility. I offer Pilates classes and Pilates combo classes (TRX/Spin combined with Pilates).

Training and Class Options
You have options. I offer one-on-one training as well as partner training. Thirty or sixty minute sessions are available for individuals. Partner training sessions are sixty minutes in length only.
Classes are available through Oak Bay Recreation Centre only at the moment.
One-on-one exercise session combining strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and core training. Programs are tailored to your individual needs. Assessment required.
Sessions are designed to meet you fitness goals. Sessions can be 30 to 60 minutes in length, either at the Studio or in your home gym.
Partner sessions charged at 75% each person . 60 minute sessions only.
Classes are offered privately and through Recreation Oak Bay. Guaranteed to be fun, sweaty and just what you need!
