My Journey in a Nutshell
I'm a wife, mom and complete fitness advocate! I've been there and probably done "that" too.
In 2008 I started a 130 pound weight loss journey that brought me to where I am today - a work in progress.
I believe fitness should be fun. Balance is key in everything we do and life is meant to be LIVED.
So much can be accomplished if we just link arms and give it a try.
